Top 101 NFL Free Agents of 2023 with Signing Predictions
It is officially time for one of my favorite annual articles! NFL free agency is one of the best times OF the season as there is so much movement and change throughout the league. Today I will rank who I think are the top 101 free agents set to be available to sign next week and I will predict deals for the top 50 of them. This is going to be fun. →
1. *Lamar Jackson, Quarterback, from BAL
Jackson re-signs with the Baltimore Ravens on a 4-yr/$200 million deal
2. Javon Hargrave, Defensive Tackle, from PHI
Hargrave signs a 3-yr/$50 million deal with the Chicago Bears
The best free agent to not receive any kind of franchise tag this off-season has to be Javon Hargrave from the Eagles. Hargrave was an All-Pro talent in 2022 as he was one of the best players on a Philadelphia defense that led them to a Super Bowl. There are so few interior defensive linemen in the NFL who can really get after the passer, and Hargrave is one of them. He had over 10 sacks in 2022. There's going to be a line of teams who will try and secure his services, but no one has more money than the Chicago Bears. With rumors of them likely moving out of the no. 1 overall pick in the draft swirling, the Bears can instead go out and give Hargrave a deal that is $16+ million per season and have him anchor their DL rather then drafting a guy like Jalen Carter at that spot. I'd also watch Cleveland here if they are able to navigate their cap troubles.
3. Orlando Brown Jr., Offensive Tackle, from KC
Brown re-signs with the Kansas City Chiefs on a 4-yr/$68 million deal
As a rare elite offensive tackle hitting the open market, I could see a team offering much more than this to Brown, but I doubt he leaves KC. He has been there for two seasons and now and played out the franchise tag for the Super Bowl champs in 2022. I feel like Brown will likely want to stay in KC and continue to block for the best QB in the sport, on a deal that still sees him making about $17 million annually. Then again, if one team is really willing to splurge on him, it could be the end of him in Kansas City.
4. CJ Gardner-Johnson, Safety, from PHI
Gardner-Johnson signs a 4-yr/$52 million deal with the Cleveland Browns
The Eagles would obviously want CGJ back in the fold if they could, but he has likely priced his way out of a return given all of the other costs the Eagles have at the moment (especially with a looming Jalen Hurts mega extension). The Browns are currently in some cap trouble but can always maneuver around for a good player. I have heard they have quite heavy interest in CGJ. After his elite season in which he had 6 INTs (league leading), the Browns will open up the checkbook to bring him in and add playmaking to their secondary.
5. Dre'Mont Jones, Defensive Tackle, from DEN
Jones signs a 4-yr/$60 million deal with the Houston Texans
6. Jason Kelce, Center, from PHI
Kelce re-signs with the Philadelphia Eagles on a 1-yr/$10 million deal
At 36 years old, retirement is definitely on the table for Kelce, but the fact that we haven't gotten that news yet suggests to me that he will run it back for at least one more year. If Kelce comes back, there is no chance he will leave his Eagles. I'm projecting just a one year deal that pays him solidly at $10 million to return.
7. James Bradberry, Cornerback, from PHI
Bradberry signs a 2-yr/$26 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals
ANOTHER Eagle in the top 7. And another Eagle who will likely head elsewhere. The Giants stupidly gave up on Bradberry too soon, as he flourished in his single season with the Eagles with a massive amount of pass breakups and INTs. Entering his age 30 season, he still has quite a lot left in the tank. The Cardinals have a major need at CB and I'm sure new HC Jonathan Gannon (who was Bradberry's DC last season) will go all in to get him. This would be a win-win for both parties involved here.
8. Jessie Bates, Safety, From CIN
Bates signs a 3-yr/$40 million deal with the Atlanta Falcons
Bates' market is going to be interesting in FA. He's just 26 years old and a has been a Pro Bowl caliber FS for years now. He is really just entering his prime. He came on late in the season as the Bengals came within an eyelash of another Super Bowl berth. The Falcons have the second most available cap space to spend in the NFL and will be looking for playmakers in their secondary. $13+ million a year might seem like an overpay for Bates, but the Falcons might have to do so to ensure they land him.
9. Odell Beckham Jr., Wide Receiver
Beckham signs a 3-yr/$36 million deal with the Dallas Cowboys
10. Bobby Wagner, Middle Linebacker, from LAR
Wagner signs a 2-yr/$22 million deal with the Seattle Seahawks
This one would be sweet. Bobby Wagner signed with the Rams after a shocking release from Seattle in the 2022 off-season. While it was an expensive multi-year deal from the Rams, they too decided to part ways with Wagner after just one season, in which Wagner was still ELITE as a Second-Team All-Pro. Wagner will now get to use whatever is left in the tank to join a contender needing a final piece, and while I wouldn't necessarily call Seattle that, they are a good team right now who is in need of an LB. There has reportedly been heavy mutual interest with many Seahawks' players publicly lobbying for him to come back. This would be a great reunion that would give Wagner ample money.
11. Tremaine Edmunds, Linebacker, from BUF
Edmunds signs a 4-yr/$56 million deal with the Detroit Lions
One of the least talked about potential stud FAs this year has to be Tremaine Edmunds. Sure, there were times he was disappointing in Buffalo, but overall he is a plus player and was the anchor of this elite Buffalo D for the past couple of seasons. He is just 25 years old and entering his prime. Edmunds is a massive MLB at 6'5 and brings toughness and great run stopping ability to the table. Detroit has money to improve a bad defense and Edmunds is a very Dan Campbell-like player.
12. Mike McGlinchey, Offensive Tackle, from SF
McGlinchey signs a 3-yr/$40 million deal with the Chicago Bears
Mike McGlinchey is a rare young OT on the open market who is pretty healthy and consistent. He has started every year for the 49ers since being drafted in the first round a few back. While his game is really the run game, he is definitely a plus pass protector in the grand scheme of things. Chicago is going to want to run the ball a lot in 2023, with Fields or their RBs. This makes McGlinchey a perfect fit at about $13.3 million per season.
13. Kaleb McGary, Offensive Tackle, from ATL
McGary re-signs with the Atlanta Falcons on a 4-yr/$56 million deal
14. Jamel Dean, Cornerback, from TB
Dean signs a 3-yr/$42 million deal with the Washington Commanders
While Dean is yet to really WOW anyone yet at the pro level, he has certainly shown flashes of true greatness while playing arguably the most difficult position in the sport. Dean looks like he has the tools to develop into an elite man coverage corner someday soon. At 26 years old and with this potential, he is going to have a lot of suitors on the open market. The Commanders have a good amount of cap space and a glaring need at corner. I expect them to aggressively pursue Dean and ultimately land him on a deal that pays about $14 million annually.
15. Jawaan Taylor, Offensive Tackle, from JAX
Taylor re-signs with the Jacksonville Jaguars on a 4-yr/$60 million deal
Since being labeled a 'steal' to the Jaguars in the second round of the NFL draft four years ago, Jawaan Taylor has been a pretty hit or miss talent for the Jags. There have been moments where he looked like the OT of the future in Duval, and other moments where he just looked lost. Ultimately his most recent season was his best, and he really turned it on down the stretch. He will have interest across the league, but I expect the Jags to be willing to give him this $15 million annually deal to continue and help support the ascendance of Trevor Lawrence.
16. Dalton Schultz, Tight End, from DAL
Schultz signs a 4-yr/$52 million deal with the Houston Texans
Reliable Tight Ends might be the hardest thing to come by in the NFL. Dalton Schultz is a rare option in the midst of his prime hitting the open market. He is going to have a lot of interest. The Texans don't have much receiving talent on their team, especially at the TE spot. With a young QB likely entering the fold come draft time, they are going to want to help him out as much as possible. Enter a reliable set of hands in Dalton Schultz which would surely calm the nerves of a Bryce Young or CJ Stroud. He also gets to stay in Texas, and make a whopping $13 million a year!
17. Jordan Poyer, Safety, from BUF
Poyer re-signs with the Buffalo Bills on a 2-yr/$18 million deal
Poyer would be even higher on this list if not for his age. 32 is getting up there for a Safety, but you would not think Poyer was 32 if you watched him play. While he did miss 6 games in 2022, he still finished with 8 pass breakups and 4 INTs among other impressive stats. The Bills know he is the heartbeat of their defense and secure his return with a nice payday late in his career.
18. Azeez Al-Shaair, Linebacker, from SF
Al-Shaair signs a 3-yr/$30 million deal with the Chicago Bears
18 might seem too high for Al-Shaair to some, but if you watch him play, you know just how underrated he really is. Azeez Al-Shaair has kind of played in the shadows of Fred Warner and Dre Greenlaw in the Bay Area, but he is nearly as good as the two of them. He just makes plays and is always in the right place at the right time. He is also still quite young. The Bears keep their spending spree going as they ink him to a deal worth $10 million annually.
19. Byron Murphy, Cornerback, from AZ
Murphy re-signs with the Arizona Cardinals on a 4-yr/$54 million deal
Just like Jamel Dean, Byron Murphy is going to have a lot of interest around the league based upon his age and flashes of greatness. Murphy is just 25 and already has two 10+ pass deflection seasons under his belt (along with a 2021 season where he had 4 INTs). They will have to fend off other suitors, but the Cardinals will likely be able to get him back as long as they offer him what is he worth, which we say is about $14 million annually. In these predictions we see the Cardinals BOLSTER their DB spot with Murphy and James Bradberry.
20. Jakobi Meyers, Wide Receiver, from NE
Meyers signs a 2-yr/$26 million deal with the Houston Texans
Just like OBJ, Meyers is going to see his value and interest peak this off-season with so few good WR options being on the open market. Meyers is a jack-of-all-trades at WR as he is really good at everything to an extent but isn't a master of one thing at the same time. Meyers has been one of the more underrated yet big producers in the NFL over the last two seasons. The Texans continue to spend on their receiving core as they lock up Meyers on a two year deal with $13 million annually.
21. Cameron Sutton, Cornerback, from PIT
Sutton signs a 2-yr/$22 million deal with the Minnesota Vikings
A name to get to know: Cam Sutton. This guy was super under the radar in Pittsburgh last season, yet had a breakout year as the team's best CB, excelling both in the slot and outside. CB is always a coveted position in FA and with Sutton just scratching the surface of his potential and the Vikings being desperate for a corner, this is a match made in heaven here!
22. TJ Edwards, Linebacker, from PHIEdwards signs a 2-yr/$20 million deal with the Las Vegas Raiders
Another breakout Philly defender from the 2022 season. TJ Edwards burst onto the scene getting meaningful snaps in the middle of the stout Philly D. He can really do everything you could ask of him on a football field. Edwards is young as well, which will make him attractive to the LB-desperate Raiders who also happen to have a ton of cap space!
23. David Long, Linebacker, from TEN
Long re-signs with the Tennessee Titans on a 3-yr/$32 million deal
One of the most underrated defensive players in football right now. David Long has quietly been one of the better linebackers in the sport for a couple of years now, and at age 26, he is finally entering the open market after balling out in his contract year. Long is an elite blitzer and a 3-down LB for sure. Many teams will vie for his services, but I see the Titans retaining him whilst handing him a nice pay bump up.
24. Lavonte David, Linebacker, from TB
David signs a 1-yr/$12 million deal with the Cleveland Browns
While I have 3 LBs in a row from 22-24, David is clearly the best of the bunch, but his age puts him at the bottom of these three. David is 33 years old and does not have much time left in his Hall of Fame career. He has been with Tampa from the start, and while I could totally see him returning to Tampa, they do not have the most money right now to give him exactly what he might want. On a one year deal, David can still be an elite do-it-all 'backer for anyone. I know the Browns have kicked the can around before on bringing in David, and I think they do so this time on a massive one year deal to try and help them push for a Super Bowl THIS season.
25. Jimmy Garopollo, Quarterback, from SF
Garopollo signs a 1-yr/$14 million deal with the Houston Texans
There will be a number of teams competing for Jimmy G this off-season. With Lamar Jackson being available with a major asterisk next to that, Garopollo is the next best available QB, and there will always be a market for a guy who has a ton of starting experience and has won a lot of games. At 31 years old, Garopollo still has a lot left in the tank. I have heard the Texans will have major interest in bringing him in to be the bridge/mentor while they coach up a young rookie QB. There is the DeMeco Ryans connection as well. On a nice one year deal, I see Houston landing Garopollo.
26. Mike Gesicki, Tight End, from MIA
Gesicki signs a 3-yr/$33 million deal with the Cincinnati Bengals
Mike Gesicki played 2022 on the franchise tag. He is that caliber of a player. Yet with the new offensive coaching staff in place, Gesicki was relegated to just a blocking role when everyone knows he is an elite athlete and receiving threat at the TE position. With his use so limited in 2022, the Dolphins have allowed him to hit the open market where he will likely sign elsewhere. The Bengals have loads of cap space and a void at TE to fill. If any team can maximize Gesicki's skillset, its Joe Burrow's Bengals. Man adding this to an already wildly elite offense would be something.
27. Marcus Davenport, Edge Rusher, from NO
Davenport signs a 4-yr/$56 million deal with the New England Patriots
While Davenport does not have the elite sack totals every year that teams covet from high paid young rushers, he is a great athlete with elite upside and awesome run defense. Davenport did have 9 sacks in 2021, so we know some pass rush is in him as well. Davenport is just 26 years old and has his prime ahead of him. The Saints would likely want him back, but he has definitely priced himself out of a return. This feels like a very Patriots player and a very Patriots deal. I can totally see Davenport signing a huge deal in New England.
28. Vonn Bell, Safety, from CIN
Bell signs a 2-yr/$19 million deal with the Las Vegas Raiders
This guy is a total match-up nightmare. Bell has been tasked with shutting down opposing Tight Ends and big slots over the past three seasons in Cincinnati. And he has done a wonderful job. Bell is a hard-hitting, instinctive DB who is going to drum up a lot of interest from contending teams. The Raiders, who need safety help and have to face Travis Kelce twice a year, throw money at Bell to come over to Vegas and help.
29. Isaiah Wynn, Offensive Tackle, from NE
Wynn signs a 3-yr/$30 million deal with the San Francisco 49ers
Wynn has definitely had his ups and downs in his young NFL career. We have seen him being talked about as one of the best tackles in the entire game at times, and then times where people say he's an injured-prone bust. Wynn is coming off of a season ending injury in New England and has likely played his last down there. Still, at 27 and with good film on the table, a lot of teams will have interest. I feel like this is a very Niners signing and one that could replace Mike McGlinchey should he leave in FA (like I have predicted above). Wynn would be able to learn from the best of the best in Trent Williams. Feels like a classic Niners STEAL.
30. Marcus Peters, Cornerback, from BAL
Peters signs a 2-yr/$20 million deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers
I know he is banged up and now 30 years old, but man I feel like Marcus Peters is getting overlooked. Peters is still a really skilled and physical corner who can lock down anyone in a given game. While I don't really see him returning to Baltimore, I could see the division rival Steelers who are CB-needy to throw a solid payday his way and see him switch sides.
31. Brandon Graham, Edge Rusher, from PHI
Graham re-signs with the Philadelphia Eagles on a 1-yr/$10 million deal
He may be 35 years old, but Graham definitely still has a little left in the tank. Graham was elite this season with 11 sacks and 2 forced fumbles in the regular season. He was still amazing off the edge and was a big part of the Eagles' Super Bowl run. I think this will be his final season, and while he has definitely been open about his willingness to move on from Philly if the money isn't right, I see these sides getting something done here so Graham can contribute for one more year as the Eagles try to run it back to the Super Bowl.
32. Jonathan Jones, Cornerback, from NE
Jones signs a 2-yr/$16 million deal with the Carolina Panthers
With the departure of JC Jackson, Jones was asked to do a lot more for New England in 2022, and he delivered. The 29 year old corner put up elite numbers of 4 INTs, 11 pass breakups, and 3 forced fumbles. Jones would likely be a top 5 FA if not for his size, standing at just 5'10 which will have many teams viewing him as a pure slot even though he has showcased his talents on the outside. The Patriots would love him back, but they tend to be cheap when re-signing their own players and I'm not sure they would outbid the DB needy Panthers on this one.
33. Yannick Ngakoue, Edge Rusher, from IND
Ngakoue signs a 2-yr/$27 million deal with the Atlanta Falcons
After back to back seasons with at least 9.5 sacks, Ngakoue is going to have some serious interest on the open market. The catch with him is how much of a liability he can be in run defense, which doesn't allow him to be an every down rusher. Still, the Falcons are in dire need of sacks, and they will throw over $13 million a season at him to ensure he comes over.
34. Shaquill Griffin, Cornerback, from JAX
Griffin signs a 3-yr/$30 million deal with the Detroit Lions
35. Leonard Fournette, Running Back, from TB
Fournette signs a 1-yr/$6 million deal with the Miami Dolphins
Fournette made a name for himself during the Buccaneers' Super Bowl run two seasons ago, but since then he has been pretty up and down as a back. Still, I would say there was a lot more good than bad for him. Fournette is still in the midst of his prime and brings a rare size and speed combination to the table. He will have interest. The Dolphins have been running a committee at RB and Mike McDaniel would throw a solid 1-year deal his way to head down the state from Tampa to Miami.
36. Zach Allen, Edge Rusher, from AZ
Allen signs a 4-yr/$48 million deal with the Houston Texans
In a contract year the 25 year old edge rusher had his best season yet. Zach Allen became the only source of pass rush for the Cards down the stretch and made himself some serious money doing so. While I could see a potential reunion in Arizona, I could also see a cap-abundant team like the Texans making a huge offer that prices him out of that.
37. Miles Sanders, Running Back, from PHI
Sanders signs a 2-yr/$14 million deal with the Carolina Panthers
Sanders' career has been a bit of a sin wave so far. Some massive peaks and then some massive valleys. Fortunately for Sanders, he hit his highest peak in 2022, rushing for over 1,000 yards as the top rusher on the dynamic Eagle O that made it to the Super Bowl. There seems to be a mutual sense that he won't return to Philly, leaving him to hit the open market. The Panthers are RB-needy and with an offensive-minded HC in Frank Reich, he will be thrilled to get a guy like Sanders to lead his backfield.
38. Isaac Seumalo, Offensive Guard, from PHI
Seumalo signs a 3-yr/$24 million deal with the Seattle Seahawks
The first guard on our top 101! Seumalo had a breakout season filling in for an injured starter along the Eagle OL, and he was awesome. Seumalo contributed to the no. 1 offensive line in football and was an awesome run blocker. The Seahawks are in need of help on the interior of their OL and give him a nice payday at about $8 million annually.
39. Patrick Peterson, Cornerback, from MIN
Peterson re-signs with the Minnesota Vikings on a 1-yr/$9 million deal
After Peterson left Arizona a few years back, it seemed like his best was truly behind him. He was on the wrong side of 30 and just looked too slow for the position in 2021. Then suddenly, he turned back the clock for the 2022 season, breaking up 15 passes and having the second most INTs in the NFL with 5 (also second most in his entire Hall of Fame career). At 32 years old, Peterson is likely close to his last legs, but his 2022 season will earn him money somewhere. My bet is he comes back to where he just succeeded for another go in Minnesota.
40. Jamaal Williams, Running Back, from DET
Williams re-signs with the Detroit Lions on a 2-yr/$12 million deal
After years in the shadow of Aaron Jones in Green Bay, Williams took his talents to Detroit where he was instantly used a lot more. 2022 was his true breakout though, as Williams attained basically the starting RB job and rushed for over 1,000 yards for the first time in his career and a whopping (league-leading) 17 rushing TDs! At 27 years old, the big bruiser with a nose for the endzone is going to have quite a lot of interest throughout the league. However, he is one of the best personalities in the sport and seems like a loyal guy, I see him re-upping with Detroit on a nice deal for both sides.
41. Allen Lazard, Wide Receiver, from GB
Lazards signs a 3-yr/$36 million deal with the New York Giants
42. Ethan Pocic, Center, from CLE
Pocic re-signs with the Cleveland Browns on a 2-yr/$20 million deal
Bad luck for the Seahawks who have had their fair share of OL woes over the last decade. Pocic was drafted by Seattle and started for multiple seasons with bad results. Last off-season he signed with the Browns on a cheap prove-it deal. When others went down with injury, Pocic was thrust into the starting lineup and did a masterful job, taking over the starting Center gig completely in Cleveland. He was elite in both the pass protection and run games. Cleveland loved him and wants him back, and so on a deal that would give him $10 million annually, I think no one says no.
43. David Montgomery, Running Back, from CHI
Montgomery re-signs with the Chicago Bears on a 1-yr/$7 million deal
He certainly is injury prone, but when he is on the field, he is one of the best. A hard-nosed, downhill runner, he made the Bear offense so much harder to defend last season (in a wash of a year). With the Bears having loads of cap and planning to run heavy again with Justin Fields and Khalil Herbert, keeping Montgomery around makes too much sense, and I can see them slightly overpaying on this "prove-it" deal just because they can.
44. Frank Clark, Edge Rusher, from KC
Clark signs a 1-yr/$11 million deal with the Seattle Seahawks
It was a bit of a shocker out of KC when the defending champs announced they were releasing Pro Bowl edge rusher Frank Clark when the two sides could not come together on a re-worked contract. The Chiefs seem to always figure things out so it was a shock. Clark is just hitting age 30 but is still probably in his prime. He is closing in on the NFL ALL-TIME PLAYOFF SACK RECORD which is crazy! He is a great power rusher that contending teams will vie for. I predict him to return to Seattle where he was drafted on a bass-boosted one year deal. He can rotate with Uchenna Nwosu and Darrell Taylor as the 'Hawks NEED sack production to take their defense to the next level!
45. Donovan Smith, Offensive Tackle, from TB
Smith signs a 1-yr/$12 million deal with the Cincinnati Bengals
Ironman. Donovan Smith has basically played the last 8 seasons without missing any plays. That is exactly what contenders are looking for at the most important spot on the OL. The Bengals still could use an upgrade, as both La'El Collins and Jonah Williams aren't cutting it. With a lot of cap space, a 1-yr/$12M deal makes a lot of sense for the Bengals, and is certainly a great figure for an aging vet like Smith.
46. Greg Gaines, Defensive Tackle, from LAR
Gaines signs a 3-yr/$30 million deal with the Chicago Bears
Just 26 years old and an above average interior pass rusher. As I've echoed, those are quite rare. Gaines will get paid somewhere. I have that somewhere being the spreeing Bears, who just keep on spending!
47. John Johnson III, Safety, from CLE
Johnson III signs a 1-yr/$7 million deal with the Los Angeles Chargers
At 27 years old, Johnson has at least three good seasons left in him. He was one of the best safeties in the NFL early in his career with the Rams and then left for Cleveland on a mega-deal where he has disappointed. With the right coaching and scheme, he could be back to his old ways. I see that being the Chargers, who could use depth at Safety and happen to have Brandon Staley as their HC, a former defensive coach of Johnson's for the Rams.
48. Juan Thornhill, Safety, from KC
Thornhill signs a 3-yr/$21 million deal with the New York Giants
One of the most overlooked consistent talents on the Super Bowl champs. Juan Thornhill has been an amazing deep lurking Safety for the Chiefs for multiple years now, but has been oft injured and in and out of the starting lineup. Thornhill is coming off a great season that saw him intercept 3 passes and break up 9, along with 3 more in the post-season. The Giants are desperate for help anywhere on the backend, and they will be thrilled to bring in Thornhill on a multi-year deal to fill a massive void for them.
49. Fletcher Cox, Defensive Tackle, from PHI
Cox signs a 1-yr/$10 million deal with the Dallas Cowboys
In what is likely the final year of a Hall of Fame career for Fletcher Cox, he definitely still has some left in the tank. Cox still had an elite 7 sacks from the DT spot last season and was a constant pressure machine. He's still got it. It seems like he isn't returning to Philly right now, could change, but for some reason I see the division rival Cowboys swooping in and adding him.
50. Kareem Hunt, Running Back, from CLE
Hunt signs a 2-yr/$8 million deal with the Buffalo Bills
A name being quite forgotten in FA is Kareem Hunt. This guy was the best RB in the NFL just a few years ago and has fallen way down now. Still, Hunt is in his prime and is under 30. He has fresh legs ready to get back to his old ways. I can see a team like Buffalo taking a low risk, extremely high reward flier on him in FA.
51. Kelvin Beachum, OT, from AZ
52. DJ Chark, WR, from DET
53. Jimmie Ward, DB, from SF
54. Nate Davis, OG, from TEN
55. Poona Ford, DT, from SEA
56. Baker Mayfield, QB, from LAR
57. Jadeveon Clowney, EDGE, from CLE
58. Juju Smith-Schuster, WR, from KC
59. Kyzir White, LB, from PHI
60. Charles Omenihu, EDGE, from SF
61. Gardner Minshew, QB, from PHI
62. Bobby Okereke, LB, from IND
63. Taylor Rapp, S, from LAR
64. Garrett Bradbury, C, from MIN
65. Jacoby Brissett, QB, from CLE
66. Adrian Amos, S, from GB
67. Mack Hollins, WR, from LV
68. Connor McGovern, C, from NYJ
69. Alexander Mattison, RB, from MIN
70. Andrew Wylie, OT, from KC
71. Dalvin Tomlinson, DT, from MIN
72. Leighton Vander-Esch, LB, from DAL
73. Damien Harris, RB, from NE
74. David Onyemata, DT, from NO
75. Devin Singletary, RB, from BUF
76. Mecole Hardman, WR, from KC
77. Ben Powers, OG, from BAL
78. Bud Dupree, EDGE, from TEN
79. D'Onta Foreman, RB, from CAR
80. Rashaad Penny, RB, from SEA
81. Carson Wentz, QB, from WAS
82. Teddy Bridgewater, QB, from MIA
83. Taylor Lewan, OT, from TEN
84. George Fant, OT, from NYJ
85. Justin Houston, EDGE, from BAL
86. Devin Bush, LB, from PIT
87. Hayden Hurst, TE, from CIN
88. Robert Tonyan, TE, from GB
89. Robert Woods, WR, from LAR
90. Eli Apple, CB, from CIN
91. Obo Okoronkwo, OLB, from HOU
92. Terrell Edmunds, S, from PIT
93. Matt Gay, K, from LAR
94. Taylor Heinicke, QB, from WAS
95. Raheem Mostert, RB, from MIA
96. Rock Ya-Sin, CB, from LV
97. Sean Murphy-Bunting, CB, from TB
98. Jerick McKinnon, RB, from KC
99. Germaine Pratt, LB, from CIN
100. Samaje Perine, RB, from CIN
101. Marcus Epps, S, from PHI
